Dalton was a very competent plumber. He looked at the situation with my hot water heater, which had developed a slow leak. He made recommendations about types of units and was able to secure a new unit within an hour and come back to my house and switch out the bad one for the new and be done before supper time. Sent out a tech which worked on sewer issues with no results. Paid $450 and was advised that I would be contacted with an estimate and plan. That was Thursday today is Monday at 7p still no contact, after 3 phone calls also still no contact from anyone other than a satisfaction survey. If you don't want the work then let us know so we can find someone else. Mark and Double L were highly recommended to me and I have to say " Wow, just very disappointed".
