Sent out a tech which worked on sewer issues with no results. Paid $450 and was advised that I would be contacted with an estimate and plan. That was Thursday today is Monday at 7p still no contact, after 3 phone calls also still no contact from anyone other than a satisfaction survey. If you don't want the work then let us know so we can find someone else. Mark and Double L were highly recommended to me and I have to say " Wow, just very disappointed".
