The service techs, Dalton Turner and Christian Ramirez arrived on time. They looked at the situation and made suggestions for the most efficient solution, then got to work. They were finished in no time, cleaned up and hauled off the none-functioning parts. I highly recommend both the techs and Double L Plumbing. Thanks for the improved delivery speed of hot water from the tankless hot water heater. No more gallons of wasted water.
Good, quick job installing new water heater ... hot water flow in middle bathroom a bit slow ... getting better ... will be getting advice on that. I do recommend these folks ..
The water heater install was excellent. Logan Ellis and Cash Patterson did an excellent job and were very professional. I appreciated the extra steps taken to keep the house clean as the install was in an inside attic on a rainy day. I also appreciated the texts that kept me up to date on arrival times.
Very knowledgeable
Very professional, excellent service, very polite, couldn’t be happier.
He was professional and done what I asked and got it fixed for us, he did a great job!
Michael, we're thrilled to hear that you found our team professional and that your issue was resolved to your satisfaction. Thank you for your kind words!
Did not have a small enough snake for tub drain so he just picked at it with small Chana lock and fingers, I ended up giving him my own personal one, did not investigate the possible facet leak just took my word that “maybe my husband fixed it” on the outside leaking hose bib he was afraid to turn water off, I explained and called husband to confirm that I knew it was a hard turn. He did explain that if it broke I would have to pay for it and had me call city to assist, which they came and did but wasted time and time is money at 225.00 per hr. The hose bib was fixed and looks nice, however he did not clean up the tub area. Just feel was over priced and mostly due to fear of turning off water and not having proper tools for hair clog removal.
Robynn, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! I truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. I’m sorry to hear that we didn’t meet your expectations during your recent visit. It sounds like there were a few areas where we could have done better. Your concerns about communication are also important, and I apologize if our technician's approach left you feeling uneasy. I’m glad to hear that the hose bib was fixed and looks nice, but I completely understand how frustrating it can be when cleanup isn’t handled properly after a job is completed. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our service, including leaving your space tidy. I am glad to hear Ronnie was able to reach you and I am so glad we were able to make things right. Please know we are here for you and we are all about customer service and making our customers happy. Warm regards, Nicole Double L Plumbing
Jacob & his helper were very thorough & fixed an HVAC drain problem for me today. Just had Double L install a new water heater a couple of weeks ago. Excellent service, very responsive & nice. Clear explanation of the problem & the fix. Reasonable price. They get A+ from me every time.
Seth did a good job, he is very knowledgeable and works efficiently.
Dalton was on time and very courtesy. Did a great job and I will use Double L Plumbing on all future work.
Owner
Good job by Seth.
Seth did a great job in identifying the leak. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand and work with .
I am in a new build home and I have been smelling urine from my master bathtub. Not the toilet where you might expect it. Even through I am under warranty, I wanted a second opinion. Jason did a great job, very thorough and wrote up his findings in a report that I can give my builder. If the builder doesn’t get it fixed correctly, I will have Double L do it!
Very professional, personable and had what was needed to complete the job with one trip.
Great Service
