Quick and painless LOL. Thomas came shortly after I called. Not an emergency, but some things that needed to be taken care of. He was friendly, efficient. My first experience with Double L. I would definitely recommend them!
I work from home and was on an important call when Thomas arrived. Instead of getting impatient because I was on a call, he worked with me and was extremely considerate. He informed me when it was about to get loud so I could go in another room. EVERY person who has come out has been exceptional!
