Dalton was a very competent plumber. He looked at the situation with my hot water heater, which had developed a slow leak. He made recommendations about types of units and was able to secure a new unit within an hour and come back to my house and switch out the bad one for the new and be done before supper time. Smoke tested house for sewer smell. Found the smoke was coming up from commodes due to bad wax rings. Installed new wax ring and reset commodes. Tested commodes for leaks and function, no leaks were detected and commodes are functioning properly.
