Called Double L to see if they could come out last minute on a Holiday for a pipe backing up in the house. Within an hour we had an appointment. They arrived when they advised and had the problem fixed in no time. Will use them for any additional plumbing needs I have.

We have used Double L a number of times and we have been very pleased with every experience. Their crews are always very professional as well as personable. On their last visit to change out a toilet, they found numerous cracks in the original PVC flange. They expected some time consuming work to replace the flange and gave us a quote for the entire job. During the flange removal they experienced a much easier time than expected. They completed the job and then reduced our bill substantially because of the faster flange removal process. This act alone is a testament to the honesty and customer care we have experienced from this company and their employees. Double L is our choice for all things plumbing!

I had a tricky leak in the wall of the housing for my air conditioning return ductwork. My AC guy determined it was a plumbing issue, so two plumbing companies later, I was finally able to find a pair of plumbers who were up to the challenge. Jason and Taylor assessed the two downstairs bathrooms, both having toilets that abutted the area with wet sheetrock. It was tricky indeed, as the leak detection test held fast, so it was puzzling. A leak that isn't really a leak.Hmmm... The investigation began and the dynamic duo were able to locate the source within minutes. Both toilets' flushing mechanisms were the culprits and it was a quick and easy fix. This had been ongoing for months, so to finally find a company willing to go the extra mile and plumbers able to think outside the box saved my sanity and my AC ductwork.Things had been getting pretty musty when the AC ran, the result of the return pulling dank toilet water from within the wet sheetrock. At the end of the service call, I paid the men and asked for a business card. I've found my new plumbers and couldn't be happier. My heroes!
