Fixed the problem to the best of the situation, made sure we had the basics down (shower, bath, sink) before letting us know of further issue that were unknown at the time of scheduling preventing the repair of one of the sinks, quoted that to best of his abilities. Understanding of the circumstances that might prevent us from doing the repairs immediately. Very good, professional, well spoken, and detailed in explanations.
