Cameron, being the lead man was friendly, yet professional and was knowledgeable in diagnosing our problem as well as determining how to correct it and what products to use. Outstanding service. Very knowledgeable technician who is very proud of the work he does and especially when solving a difficult problem that isn't even covered in the Rinnai trouble shooting information. I'm very pleased and happy to have hot water again. For all of you out there with tankless hot water heater make sure you descale it once a year per the owners manual.

Thomas installed a new bathroom faucet and new 1/4 turn supply line shutoffs. He also installed another 1/4 shutoff and new filler valve in one of our toilets. He did an excellent job. Was very professional, polite, and efficient.
