We called Double L in the morning and they had some out to fix our leak by noon. The parts were needed were on his truck and the job was completed in a short time. Quality of the work was excellent and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly.
Thomas came this morning. Great service and knowledgeable guy. He explained everything as he fixed a brown water leak under our master bath toilet. Seems like the fella that tiled our bath broke the flange when he put it together. Rather than replace the flange, he caulked the toilet to the floor. Thomas went straight to work and made the necessary repairs explaining every step, and cleaning up when finished. That's what we've come to expect from all the Double LL employees: great service, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable employees.
Prompt arrival, technicians were very thorough, helpful and patient explaining my options.
Everything was great, showed up early, explained everything then got to work. I highly recommend. Excellent Customer Service.
