Repairing toilet leak

Thomas came this morning. Great service and knowledgeable guy. He explained everything as he fixed a brown water leak under our master bath toilet. Seems like the fella that tiled our bath broke the flange when he put it together. Rather than replace the flange, he caulked the toilet to the floor. Thomas went straight to work and made the necessary repairs explaining every step, and cleaning up when finished. That's what we've come to expect from all the Double LL employees: great service, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable employees.

Tayler showed up and asked where my concerns were, he explained how they priced jobs. I showed him my concerns and he evaluated them and gave me a price for the work. I approved his quote and he went to work. He completed the work and cleaned up after himself. I would use them again.

Highly recommend these guys!!! Seth took time to listen to my plumbing problem. He's very experienced and knowledgeable. I first had another plumbing service evaluate my problem and immediately wanted to re-plumb under my house. Seth investigated the issue and found that the problem was elsewhere. Seth also had to deal with city inspector who was not as cooperative. Double L was very reasonable in estimate and final cost.

I had a tricky leak in the wall of the housing for my air conditioning return ductwork. My AC guy determined it was a plumbing issue, so two plumbing companies later, I was finally able to find a pair of plumbers who were up to the challenge. Jason and Taylor assessed the two downstairs bathrooms, both having toilets that abutted the area with wet sheetrock. It was tricky indeed, as the leak detection test held fast, so it was puzzling. A leak that isn't really a leak.Hmmm... The investigation began and the dynamic duo were able to locate the source within minutes. Both toilets' flushing mechanisms were the culprits and it was a quick and easy fix. This had been ongoing for months, so to finally find a company willing to go the extra mile and plumbers able to think outside the box saved my sanity and my AC ductwork.Things had been getting pretty musty when the AC ran, the result of the return pulling dank toilet water from within the wet sheetrock. At the end of the service call, I paid the men and asked for a business card. I've found my new plumbers and couldn't be happier. My heroes!

The pricing is reasonable; the technician shows up on time; and the work is done well. I've used them twice now. Excellent customer service from the office staff. I wish all repair companies were ran as well as Double L Plumbing is.
