The service techs, Dalton Turner and Christian Ramirez arrived on time. They looked at the situation and made suggestions for the most efficient solution, then got to work. They were finished in no time, cleaned up and hauled off the none-functioning parts. I highly recommend both the techs and Double L Plumbing. Thanks for the improved delivery speed of hot water from the tankless hot water heater. No more gallons of wasted water.

Double took a moment of upside down for us and turned it right side up. We had a leak in our shower and they came in and fixed the drain and set the new flange for the repair work. While they were here I paid a little extra to get a new shower valve and system put in. They did great work.

We were very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. The dirt that had to be removed from under the foundation and put "somewhere" to get to the pipe that needed repair was placed on tarps literally all over the front yard. There was lots of it but was done in such a way that it did not hurt the lawn at all. The men that worked on the job were professionals who knew what they were doing and were considerate and willing to answer our questions throughout the process. Everything in the yard was returned to its original condition. The only evidence in the yard that they were even there was a small patch of grass that had to be replaced when they finished. The original call was about a clogged toilet but after running a camera through the line to see what caused the clog, our old cast iron pipe was found to be in severe need of repair and some of it replaced. We call Double L whenever we have a plumbing problem and this was a BIG problem but they came through for us as they always have. Yes, it was very expensive as everything is these days, but we know we had competent professionals on the job and it was finished in a very timely manner. We would recommend them to anyone. In fact, our neighbor is having a plumbing problem and asked for a recommendation and Double L is scheduled to come to their home on Monday.

The water heater install was excellent. Logan Ellis and Cash Patterson did an excellent job and were very professional. I appreciated the extra steps taken to keep the house clean as the install was in an inside attic on a rainy day. I also appreciated the texts that kept me up to date on arrival times.
